Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion is valid from 08th June 2017 to 7th August 2017.
  2. Every purchase bill of AED 150 at any participating outlet or AED 500 at Lulu/Damas Jewellery is eligible for a raffle coupon.
  3. This promotion is only valid for customers who:
    • Spend AED 150 or more at any participating outlet or AED 500 or more at Lulu/Damas Jewellery in Mazyad Mall UAE (except for the Banks, Services & Pharmacy).
    • Age of 18 years old and above.
  4. In order to get the raffle coupons, the customer shall:
    • Keep his/her purchase receipt showing the payment of AED 150 or more at any participating outlet or AED 500 or more at Lulu/Damas Jewellery in a single day during the promotion period.
    • Request to the Customer service Counter for registration on or before 1:59 am during Ramadan period and 10:59pm until 7th August 2017 with original purchase receipt and required information’s (Name, Email Address & Mobile Number).
  5. Participants shall be responsible for giving complete and accurate information for registration.
  6. The customers can avail more raffle coupons by registering their new shopping receipts through the same email address or mobile number registered already.
  7. A receipt can be claimed only once.
  8. Multiple bills combined to reach AED 150 value at any participating outlet or purchase of AED 500 at Lulu/Damas Jewellery will be eligible for a raffle coupon. The balance value will not be adjustable to the other shopping receipt.
  9. The raffle coupons will be sent through SMS and registered email address of the customers.
  10. The raffle coupons will be issued on valid claims only.
  11. The raffle coupons will be sent out within 48 working hours of the registration.
  12. The customer needs to save the email for future use.
  13. Mazyad Mall is not responsible for raffle coupon delivery failure due to wrong information given by the customers.
  14. Mazyad Mall is not responsible for raffle coupon delivery failure due to network and technical issues of the telecom partners.
  15. If for any reasons, the customer wishes to reconfirm the raffle coupons issued, the customer can visit the customer service counter in Mazyad Mall.
  16. Mazyad Mall reserve rights to extend the last date of the promotion or for submission of entries without prior notice.
  17. The Grand Raffle Draw for Jeep Grand Cherokee 3.6 L will be done on 8th August 2017 and Raffle Draw for Mall gift voucher will be on 25th June 2017, 9th July 2017, 23rd July 2017, 8th August 2017 at Mazyad Mall under the supervision of the concerned municipality officials.
  18. The First/Bumper prize will be Jeep Grand Cherokee 3.6 L and Total of Aed.40,000 worth Mazyad Mall gift vouchers will be issued to 4 winners (each winner gets Aed.10,000 worth Mazyad Mall gift vouchers) (General terms and conditions applicable).
  19. The winner’s name will be announced at the same time of raffle draw and it will be published on Mazyad Mall social media channels and website.
  20. Winners should come and receive the prizes at the scheduled time as communicated in advance with the following documents:
    • Original Emirates ID or Passport.
    • Email confirmation from Mazyad Mall about the winning price.
  21. If the winner could not come and receive the prize at scheduled time due to genuine reasons, he/she has to intimate the matter to the Mazyad Mall management at the latest time. But if the winner is not receiving the prize within one month from the scheduled date, it will be forfeited by Mazyad Mall and no further excuses from the winners are acceptable.
  22. Employees of Mazyad Mall and its sister concerns, as well as family members of employees, are not eligible to participate in the Shop & Drive promotion.
